tkpok Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkpok ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tkpok website at https://tkpok.net, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the tkpok platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino games, slots, Plinko, Treasure Boat Fishing, account management, deposit and withdrawal transactions, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

tkpok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to each user. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Governing Language

Minimum Age Requirement

Single Account Policy

If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact support immediately.

Player Capacity

Accurate Information Required

Account Security Responsibilities

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkpok support immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such a report, tkpok will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.

KYC Verification

tkpok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be asked at any time — and will be required before processing any withdrawal — to submit identity verification documents such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and, where relevant, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

All monetary transactions on tkpok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tkpok supports deposits and withdrawals through the payment methods listed below. The platform does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before transacting.

In such cases, the relevant balance may be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

tkpok offers promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible players from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns timed to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

Promotional offers are not transferable between accounts and carry no monetary equivalent if not used within the specified period.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tkpok platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances. tkpok may also report such conduct to relevant financial or legal authorities where appropriate.

Either you or tkpok may close or suspend your account under the circumstances described in this section. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date, including outstanding bet settlements and withdrawal requests submitted prior to closure.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tkpok account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other verified channel), provided that KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding compliance holds are in place. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

tkpok's self-exclusion tool allows players who feel that their gambling has become problematic to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period — ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be reversed or shortened at the player's request before the end of the chosen period. Suspension or Closure by tkpok

tkpok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected or detected; the account fails to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tkpok will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the dormant account. This fee will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.
